The thinner the fabric such as polyester, the smaller or thinner the logo thread count should be. This is a good rule to follow as heavy thread counts, say over 10,000 may result in a logo that falls forward on your embroidered shirts or is just not as much fun to look at when the cutaway fabric is added on the backside of the logo.
